Skills Needed :

. Required - Must have experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
. Should have Strong Negotiation skills
. Analyze Customer spend volume to be sourced
. Utilize and analyze all recent and accurate information (including Customer-internal, Supplier-internal, multi-Customer-based grouped data, and other industry and/or professional association and/or academic information sources) to identify ad-hoc potential Sourcing Project opportunities
. Create Category Sourcing Initiative Reports and submit to Customer and/or Supplier Category Manager
. Draft and create the RFx pack, prepare the evaluation criteria for suppliers.
. Launch RFx and provide the qualitative and Quantitative response.
. Provide the recommendations on the RFx responses.
. Coordinate with the team for the E-auction setup and running the e-auction.
. Execute Spot-buy and report the savings.
. Provide the cost saving summary to the business.
. Evaluate the suppliers and support the supplier"s performance management
. Required - Excellent Communication (Oral & Written)
. Preferred - Ariba Sourcing Pro
