Since www.iipmr.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the login access is e-mailed to the customer. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Hence Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds just because you change your mind. Please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer a refund on an incorrect choice.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the login access (your user ID and password) for the certification courses: Due to technical issues with your email provider or mail server, you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance at contact@iipmr.com. You may provide an alternative email address where the login access details can be sent. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.

  • Major defects: Although all online courses are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 20 business days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 20 business days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund will be issued in full without any additional compensation. Please note that temporary access to your computer may be requested by our technicians to identify and resolve issues. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may delay issue resolution, and refusal to provide access may result in disqualification for a refund.
